Dr. Kimberly Beauchamp is a licensed, board-certified
naturopathic physician. She received her training at Bastyr University,
the nation’s premier academic institution for science-based natural medicine.
After graduating in 2000, she co-founded South County Naturopaths in Wakefield, RI,
where she was in private practice for four years. With the arrival of her children, she transitioned to her home office, working as a health and nutrition writer and publishing more than 200 articles about healthy
living and self care.
Dr. Beauchamp has been quoted in Alternative Medicine Magazine and Woman's World Magazine and is the Providence Nutrition Examiner for Examiner.com.
Inspired by her passion for healthful eating and her own
discerning (read: picky) eaters, she is now writing a book about children's nutrition. With sections including Fake Food Fixes, Dr. Beauchamp (a.k.a. "the real food doc") takes kids' favorite foods and turns them into something you can feel good about feeding your family.
Dr. Beauchamp is available for writing and speaking engagements, and can be contacted at
